Prior to joining Co-eXprise, Nick was employed by Fisher Scientific, serving as primary counsel to all corporate divisions regarding technology and electronic commerce issues.  

Also Nick served as legal counsel to FreeMarkets, working with executives in sales, technology, product development, finance, operations, human resources and strategic planning.  He also played a key role in corporate acquisitions and served as lead counsel for FreeMarkets' Asian and European operations.

Early in his career Nick also practiced law in the financial services industry with PNC Corporation and Federated Investors.
